You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all interactions and providing timely updates to our customers.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

– Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner

– Identify and troubleshoot technical issues with our software products

– Document and track customer interactions using our CRM system

– Collaborate with the development team to escalate and resolve complex issues

– Conduct product demonstrations to potential and existing customers

– Provide proactive communication and updates to customers regarding issue resolutions and product updates

– Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer support process and suggest innovative solutions to enhance customer satisfaction

– Assist in testing and providing feedback for new product features and enhancements

– Keep up-to-date with the latest product advancements and participate in training sessions to deepen product knowledge

 

Qualifications:

 

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

– 1-2 years of experience in a customer support or technical support role

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

– Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

– Knowledge of CRM software and ticketing systems is a plus

– Experience with software or technology companies is an advantage

– Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
